Welcome to Friendswood Massage & Acupuncture Clinic, where we have of years experience in massage and acupuncture. The Massage Therapists have over eight years experience and the Acupuncturist is trained in both China and the US. Acupuncturist: Lilly Y Chan M.S., L.Ac., Dipl.Ac., Dipl. C.H., received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Chinese Medicine from South Baylo University in Anaheim, California. She completed her undergraduate Studies at Shaanxi Training College of Science and Technology in China and she also Certified Acupuncture practitioner from Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine School. Ms Chan began training in Chinese Traditional healing massage therapy to become a Chinese Orthopedist at age 15. She was trained to use special techniques and tools to treat acute and chronic pain.

In addition to her formal education she received additional training in Acupuncture from The Harbor Hospital of Haungpu District, Canton China and in the wards and outpatient Department of the Architectural Staff and Worker Hospital, Guangdong China. She cumulated a wider range of experience in treating acute and chronic pain cause by different diseases, conditions and in particularly in areas of injury due to work, sports and auto accidents. She is National Board (NCCAOM) certified as a Diplomate of both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology and hold a California, Massachusetts and Texas State acupuncture license. Massage Therapists: Our Massage Therapists are very experienced, most with over eight years. They are educated in Thai Yoga, Reflexology, Swedish, and more. The philosophy of Friendswood Massage & Acupuncture Clinic is to treat the whole person and take time to address all aspects of the clients lives such as mind, body, lifestyle and meditation. They like to think of themselves as not only acupuncture and massage specialists, but also as wellness coaches who help their clients create a lifestyle that integrates motivation health, self-empowerment and happiness. |
