Deep Tissue:

Penetrates to the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue to increase flexibility, release tension and stress and to promote healing of chronic pain due to injury.

 

Combination:

Relaxation and deep tissue massage.

 

Sports Massage:

Basic stretches and lengthening of muscle for the avid or week-end athlete, for pre-event and post-event workouts.

 

Prenatal:

We use a special pregnancy pillow for the comfort of the mother-to-be.

 

Trigger Point Therapy:

Relieves pain patterns by deactivating muscular trigger points through compression. Enhances the function of joints and muscles and releases endorphins.

 

Hot Stone Massage:

Your mind & body will relax as warm basalt stones & oil glide over your body and melt the stress away.

 

Reflexology:

Stimulation of pressure points in the feet designed to enhance internal health and restore balance to the whole body.

 

Chair Massage:

A fast, convenient stress reliever. This refreshing upper body massage is received in the seated position, fully clothed. It is a perfect tune-up before or after an event, or a necessity on a busy day.

Massage: One hour full body massage with hot stones for relieving

soreness, tension, and stiffness while promoting a sense of well-being.

Acupuncture: One hour acupuncture with cupping to help circulation

and relieve stress.                                    

 

** We also offer several package options for group bookings. Discount rates for ongoing services are available and can be discussed at your convenience.
